Construction is complex. Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) is an innovative method that controls costs and schedule while simplifying communications. As your Construction Manager at Risk Ruiz Nicholson becomes your experienced consultant in the beginning, creating the most cost effective plan for your project. We then act as your project manager, overseeing all bids, hiring and managing subcontractors and enforcing schedules.
